Job summary

Altvia is seeking a Technical Client Associate in Denver, CO, a hybrid role combining client service, training, and technical support across multiple channels. You'll act as a product expert, answering questions, delivering training, and resolving issues for Altvia's clients.

You'll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales, complete a three-part Certification program, and help clients understand product features, benefits, and best practices.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, or equivalent educational background in business and/or technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent multichannel customer support (email, video, phone) with accurate documentation in Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot, coordinate, and resolve customer issues efficiently with clear follow-up.
• Lead customer training sessions to ensure clients understand product features and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactively offer support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Sales) to incorporate the customer voice.
• Complete a 3-part Certification program with compensation adjustments upon completion.
