Rentvine is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering expert-level assistance across accounting, operational, and platform questions. You will manage inbound support via phone, email, and chat, own tickets end-to-end, and collaborate with Tier 2, Engineering, and Product to resolve issues, while growing product knowledge and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in technical support or similar.
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues methodically and document steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (Intercom, HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Own inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, and manage tickets end-to-end.
• Guide customers through complex platform questions and maximize Rentvine value.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolution outcomes for knowledge sharing.
• Meet or exceed SLAs, CSAT targets, and team KPIs.
