Job summary

Biorce, a healthtech company, seeks a Project Manager - Technology Projects to drive SaaS product initiatives and internal tech programs in a Barcelona-based, hybrid setup. You’ll bridge business needs with technical execution, coordinating Engineering, Product, Design and Research to deliver clearly defined, well-coordinated projects.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, translate complex talks into actionable steps, and maintain momentum across milestones while improving how projects are

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years as a Full Stack Developer or similar technical role.
• 3+ years in project management.
• Experience in SaaS product development environments.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, priorities, and task tracking boards.
• Organise standups, sync meetings, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers; escalate when needed.
• Translate technical discussions into clear next steps and aligned actions.
• Ensure decisions and priorities are documented and communicated across teams.
• Support release planning and internal progress communications.
• Improve project structuring and execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
