Job summary

Biorce, a Healthtech company, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Sigma Team and keep high-stakes AI initiatives organized, communicated, and on schedule. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Research across squads to maintain clarity and momentum.

You’ll bring 3+ years of PM experience in SaaS, structure to ambiguity, and fluent English. Proficiency in Jira and strong cross-functional coordination will help ensure we build the right things at the right time without

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams in SaaS development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to structure information clearly and follow up consistently.
• Highly proactive.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Cross-Functional Work: Coordinate tasks and dependencies between Product, Engineering, Design, and Research so every workstream moves forward in sync.
• Own Project Plans & Tracking: Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task tracking boards so status is always current and visible to the team.
• Run Team Rituals: Organize and facilitate standups, syncs, sprint reviews, and follow-ups that keep teams aligned and unblocked.
• Manage Milestones & Risk: Track milestones and dependencies across Sigma’s squads, proactively identifying risks and blockers before they threaten delivery.
• Document & Communicate Decisions: Ensure decisions are documented and communicated clearly across teams so nothing gets lost as initiatives move fast.
• Support Release Planning: Support release planning and internal communication around delivery, keeping stakeholders informed as work ships.
• Keep Squads in Sync: Act as the connective layer across Sigma’s small, cross-functional squads, giving zero-to-one initiatives the project rigor to move fast without losing clarity.
