Job summary

Bluesight in the United States is seeking an energetic Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve technical and network issues for end-users, including hospital IT and pharmacy teams, ensuring our software meets field standards.

You will handle inbound calls, respond to emails, analyze data, and guide customers through solutions, with occasional on-call rotations and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience troubleshooting SaaS applications, systems and networks.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with data-set analysis.
• Experience with databases; MongoDB preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, A+, Security+, CISM, Net+ or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• SaaS environment experience preferred.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers on the technical support line.
• Respond to emails from customers.
• Assist customers with technical issues related to Bluesight products.
• Analyze application data and ensure resolution accuracy.
• Resolve issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Occasional overnight on-call rotation coverage.
