Job summary

Bluesight is seeking a Data Analyst to support hospital customers with the Bluesight SaaS implementations. You will collect, synthesize, and interpret data from disparate systems and develop analytical solutions using BI tools.

The role emphasizes data validation in Excel, customer-facing interactions, and SQL/Python tasks to support file ingestion and automation while ensuring data integrity and timely updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis; healthcare experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel expertise for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and data ingestion.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Validate and analyze data in Excel.
• Engage in customer-facing interactions and provide analytical support.
• Write or update SQL, Python, and other tasks as needed.
• Validate, reconcile, and ensure data integrity across disparate systems.
• Communicate findings and act as a point person for troubleshooting.
• Partner with the implementation lead and the customer to track progress and review data points.
• Perform data extraction from multiple databases via SQL.
• Develop solutions to support SaaS reporting automation.
