Job summary

Bluesight is seeking a Data Analyst to support the implementation of Bluesight SaaS products for hospital customers. You will collect data, synthesize and interpret results from disparate systems, and develop analytical solutions using BI tools.

Responsibilities include data validation in Excel, customer-facing data discussions, and writing or updating SQL, Python, and other tasks to support data ingestion and automated reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, healthcare background a plus.
• Strong Excel skills to solve complex problems and trend data.
• Moderate experience with SQL for data extraction/ transformation.
• Clear communication with customers and internal teams (tech and non-tech).
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Validate, reconcile, provide QA, and analyze data input from disparate systems to ensure data integrity using Excel.
• Communicate data findings and serve as a point person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Partner with implementation project lead and customer to track progress and review data points.
• Perform data extraction tasks using multiple databases through SQL.
• Develop solutions to support SFTP automation of ongoing reporting needs.
• Acquire and retrieve data and assist in troubleshooting data issues for end users.
