Job summary

You'll troubleshoot issues by phone, guide users through Rent Manager workflows, and participate in a structured training and certification program to build product expertise and advance your career within LCS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert in Rent Manager scripting and custom automation.
Troubleshoot scripting questions and software functionality for customers.
Help customers understand scripting concepts, troubleshoot customizations, and resolve software issues.
Answer customer questions by phone with clear, professional guidance.
Take ownership of assigned support cases and follow through until resolved.
Use internal docs and team support to research and resolve issues.
Document customer interactions in the ticketing system.
Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
Maintain daily productivity in a fast-paced support environment.
