Sales Gravy is seeking a Sales Trainer in the Atlanta area who will generate revenue while delivering world-class training. This dual-role leverages proven selling skills with coaching excellence, in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will prospect daily, build pipeline, and lead virtual or in-person training sessions, while identifying upsell opportunities and driving customer outcomes. A strong trainer with business acumen will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales and sales leadership; SaaS or channel sales experience is a plus.
• Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
• Excellent time management and self-discipline.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
• Coachability and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Confidence under pressure and a genuine desire to help others improve.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue generation: Prospect daily, build pipeline, book meetings, close deals, and grow your book of business.
• Deliver training & coaching: Lead engaging, high-impact training and coaching sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Drive account growth: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing clients.
• Build relationships: Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience that drives retention.
• Customize training experiences: Adapt content and develop learning experiences within our LMS.
• Collaborate on content: Partner with the team on curriculum and program development.
• Build your brand: Maintain a professional presence that supports credibility and visibility.
