About the Role

As our next Growth & Sales Representative, you’ll own the early-stage conversation—where strategy meets curiosity. Your mission is to convert interest into actionable AI consultancy engagements, helping clients rethink how they work and grow.

No transactional sales.
Yes to meaningful, strategic dialogues.

You’ll work with forward-looking leaders ready for real change—and act as the strategic partner who can guide their next move.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and engage strategic opportunities across industries, turning interest into AI consultancy conversations.

  • Guide discovery calls that explore high-level challenges and map out AI-driven solutions.

  • Deliver consultancy-led demos that focus on real-world use cases and empower client teams.

  • Design persuasive follow-ups, build trust with decision-makers, and secure buy-in.

  • Collaborate with our consultancy team to shape offers that match client needs.

  • Craft strategic proposals positioning Tolq as an AI accelerator—not just a vendor.

  • Continuously optimize outreach and engagement using feedback and insights.

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to represent Tolq as a strategic AI partner, not just a service provider.

  • Have 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally with a consultative approach.

  • Are fluent in English, persuasive in conversation and writing.

  • Love strategic conversations and know how to connect with senior decision-makers.

  • Are tech-savvy, adaptable, and curious about the potential of AI.

  • Are organized, responsive, and good at managing your own pipeline.
