Position Overview:

As a 1099 Commission-Only Sales Representative for Bobber Biotech, you will operate as an independent contractor responsible for generating new business within your region. This is a hunter-style sales role with strong potential for recurring commissions and exclusive territory rights. You’ll be representing cutting-edge regenerative medicine products and working directly with medical professionals, private practices, and specialty clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and onboard new healthcare provider accounts within your assigned territory
• Educate providers and clinical staff on Bobber Biotech’s product offerings
• Conduct in-person or virtual product demos and consultations
• Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to closing and reorders
• Build lasting relationships with practices, clinics, and decision-makers
• Report pipeline activity and sales updates to leadership as needed
• Stay up-to-date on clinical research, product developments, and industry trends

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of medical, biotech, or B2B sales experience preferred
• Existing provider relationships or access to private practices is a strong plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with commission-only structure
• Self-starter who thrives on autonomy, performance, and building relationships
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your territory
