What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Superstar: Drive sales for a portfolio of incredible brands in the CPG space. You’ll be responsible for managing your own territory, prospecting new clients, and closing deals for the independents!

Relationship Builder: Build and nurture lasting relationships with retailers, distributors, and key industry players. Be the trusted expert they turn to!

Market Pro: Use your knowledge of the industry and market trends to develop sales strategies that are perfectly aligned with your clients’ needs.

Self-Starter: You’ll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, work remotely, and manage your business. Take full ownership of your success!

Reporting & Strategy: Provide insights and feedback to the Jade Street Consulting team, so we can help you succeed even more. You’ll have the freedom to drive your business while still being a key part of our team.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Sales Experience: You have a strong background in sales (preferably in the CPG space, but we’re open to other industries), and a history of exceeding sales targets.

Independent & Driven: You’re a self-motivated individual who thrives when working autonomously. You know how to manage your time and resources to get results.

Relationship Builder: You’re great at developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. People trust you!

Industry Knowledge: You’re familiar with the CPG market or have a strong understanding of the retail and distribution landscape.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: You’re excited about the flexibility of independent work, but also want to be part of a winning team.

Travel-Ready: You’re okay with occasional travel to meet clients and prospects in your territory.
