We’re seeking experienced, commission-only sales professionals who have sold to government, public safety, or law enforcement agencies. This is a performance-based, independent contractor role with aggressive earning potential and the opportunity to shape our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with decision-makers at law enforcement agencies, EOCs, EMS departments, and public safety agencies
• Lead the sales process from first contact to signed contract
• Position the Enforce Assist platform against legacy systems or disconnected workflows
• Coordinate with our internal team for technical demos and onboarding
• Manage pipelines, navigate procurement/RFPs, and close new business

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling to government, law enforcement, or public safety agencies
• Strong understanding of agency procurement cycles, compliance frameworks (CJIS, NIMS, HIPAA, etc.), and operational needs
• Comfortable engaging command staff, city/county leadership, or procurement officials
• Existing contacts within law enforcement, dispatch, EMS, or EOC environments are a strong plus
• Ability to work independently, track the pipeline, and deliver measurable results
