We’re seeking a proactive, goal-driven sales rep who’s passionate about pets and excited to help grow our Featured Membership program for pet care professionals. You’ll be instrumental in helping small pet businesses grow by increasing their visibility on our platform. This is a commission-only, remote opportunity—ideal for someone with experience in inside sales, SaaS, or online marketplaces.

What You’ll Do

Your primary goal will be to grow revenue by encouraging pet care professionals to upgrade to our Featured Membership for enhanced visibility on Petworks.

You’ll:

• Engage with pet care professionals via email, text, phone, and in-app messaging
• Promote the benefits of becoming a Featured Pro ($200/year), including priority placement in search results, and increased visibility with badges and highlight treatment
• Help pros grow their business and get booked more often
• Track and manage outreach using CRM tools and templates
• Represent the Petworks brand with professionalism and warmth
• Receive onboarding and sales support from our team to help you succeed
• Focus your outreach where you're most comfortable — phone, email, or in-app messaging — and scale your efforts based on your availability

What You Bring

• 1–3 years experience in sales, customer success, or revenue operations (marketplace or SaaS a plus)
• A self-starter with strong communication skills and a drive to exceed goals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English — native fluency strongly preferred
• Comfortable with email, text, and phone-based outreach
• Reliable laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection for remote work
• Passion for animals and enthusiasm for supporting pet care professionals
• A goal-oriented mindset — you like closing deals and hitting targets

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role. You’ll earn $50 for every Pet Pro who upgrades to our $200/year Featured Membership (25% commission).

Most new reps can expect to earn $750 to $1,000 per month, depending on time committed and conversion success. Top performers can earn more.
