Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years successfully managing an inside sales team in a fast-paced tech sales environment.
• 3–5 years of direct sales experience with short sales cycles (≤90 days).
• Proven track record leading SaaS inside sales teams to meet/exceed revenue targets.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and develop top sales talent.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed revenue targets.
• Drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and accountability.
• Lead daily outbound prospecting and referral outreach campaigns.
• Coach reps on tele-prospecting techniques and objection handling.
• Ensure CRM data hygiene and accurate forecasting.
