ProSites Inc. in Murrieta, CA, is seeking a Finance Manager - Revenue Operations who will partner with the CFO and leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting and revenue planning across SaaS business lines. You will develop annual sales budgets, track performance, and build KPI metrics with ERP/BI tools.

Responsibilities include optimizing commissions, enhancing financial models, and collaborating with Accounting, HR and Sales Ops. A CPA/MBA and 7+ years in FP&A/finance are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial modeling and FP&A within SaaS or tech.
• Advanced Excel skills (INDEX, VLOOKUP, Pivot, NPV, IRR).
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience across multiple business lines.
• Ability to partner with Sales Ops, HR and Accounting for commissions and budgeting.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems such as SageIntacct, Dynamics or NetSuite.

Responsabilités

• Develop annual sales budgets and quarterly forecasts with variance analysis.
• Reconcile actuals vs. budget and provide growth recommendations.
• Build and refine revenue/operating metrics and KPI dashboards.
• Model ROI for product launches and coordinate with Product/Marketing.
• Manage integration of acquired entities' customers and revenues.
• Support FP&A and budgeting during cycle periods and provide presentations.
