Salary Range: $70000.00 - $75000.00 Base+Commission/year
Description

As a SaaS Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals with new and existing customers with a focus on our Trac product. You will also maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our marketing, consulting, and product teams to identify and communicate customer needs and feedback. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and help them achieve their cybersecurity goals and objectives.

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities for TRAC software across assigned territories or verticals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of TRAC’s capabilities and its value proposition for clients in banking, finance, healthcare, and other regulated sectors.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.

  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations to C-level executives, IT, compliance, and risk management teams.

  • Collaborate with marketing to convert leads from campaigns, webinars, and conferences into opportunities.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in alignment with company guidelines.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Represent SBS CyberSecurity at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, risk management frameworks, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FFIEC, NIST, HIPAA, GLBA).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or SaaS.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and web conferencing tools

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CRI, etc.)

  • Previous experience selling into highly regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare).

  • Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or risk assessment software tools.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Additional Details:

This is a full-time position. This role would require occasional travel. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. On rare occasions, this position may require some after-work hours due to workload or tight deadline.

Working Conditions

Primarily remote-based with some travel required. The role involves working with management, various business units, and clients to protect data and information from cyber-attacks.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to sit, use keyboard and mouse (or alternative input device), use telephone, and drive. Employee will frequently lift 0-10 lbs and occasionally lift, up to 50 lbs.

Travel

This position requires up to 25% travel. Valid driver’s license required. Must also qualify for SBS insurance coverage.
