What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities for TRAC software across assigned territories
- Develop a deep understanding of TRAC’s capabilities and its value proposition for clients in regulated sectors
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations to C-level executives and risk management teams
- Collaborate with marketing to convert leads from campaigns, webinars, and conferences into sales opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and web conferencing tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CRI, etc.)
- Previous experience selling into highly regulated industries (e.g., banking, healthcare)
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or risk assessment software tools
