The position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $170,000, along with comprehensive medical coverage and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in billing operations, revenue operations, finance ops, or SaaS monetization roles.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing concepts (MRR/ARR, proration, renewals).
• Excellent operational rigor: documentation, process control, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription billing operations: invoicing, proration, renewals support, and collections workflows.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal structures and billing requirements.
• Improve billing processes, controls, and documentation for audit readiness.
