Job summary

Recorded Future, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Global Billing Operations to lead and scale our billing processes across a global customer base.

You will own the translation of complex SaaS contracts into accurate, timely billing outcomes while overseeing collections and ensuring efficient cash realization. You will partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales and Finance leadership to ensure billing processes are scalable, audit-ready, and aligned with business growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in billing operations or finance operations, preferably in SaaS/tech.
• Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Strong Order to Cash experience.
• Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with government portal WAAF, including tax and multi-entity environments.
• Experience with marketplace billing (AWS, Azure) and third-party invoicing tools (Coupa, Ariba).
• Familiarity with ASC 606 and revenue recognition considerations.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience aligning billing with cross-functional deals and revenue accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale billing processes across a global customer base.
• Own translation of complex SaaS contracts into accurate billing outcomes; manage collections and cash realization.
• Partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales and Finance to ensure scalable, audit-ready billing.
• Balance hands-on execution with process ownership; drive automation and continuous improvement.
• Own global billing operations: invoicing aligned to contracts, pricing, and booking policies.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing lifecycle post-Closed Won: setup, validation, delivery.
• Ensure alignment across Salesforce, contract terms, and NetSuite to minimize errors.
• Serve as escalation point for complex billing issues, disputes, and exceptions.
• Lead collections: AR aging, follow-ups, dispute resolution.
• Monitor DSO, past due balances, and collection effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate cash application and reconciliation.
• Continuous improvement of billing and AR processes; identify automation opportunities.
• Standardize processes across regions, entities, and customer segments.
• Partner with Deal Desk/RevOps for seamless transition from deal to billing.
• Collaborate with Sales and stakeholders to resolve payment delays.
• Coordinate with Revenue Accounting for ASC 606 alignment and audit readiness.
• Support external audits with documentation and issue resolution.
• Maintain compliance with global tax, invoicing, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Global Billing Operations team.
• Establish clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations; foster accountability.
