Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) as a remote contractor to elevate operational effectiveness and data integrity across CRM and revenue tools. You'll train next-generation AI systems using real-world input, with emphasis on ownership of CRM configurations and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will design compliant workflows, identify data gaps, and deliver walkthroughs based on your system experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct, hands‑on SaaS revenue, sales, or customer success experience.
• CRM ownership with configuration experience (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
• Ability to resolve policy conflicts and explain tradeoffs in high‑compliance environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in regulated or multi‑product SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refine CRM data models to align with evolving sales, customer success, and revenue operations requirements.
• Identify, arbitrate, and document resolutions for conflicting operational policies, explaining logical choices and tradeoffs.
• Design and validate compliance‑constrained workflows for SaaS revenue processes, ensuring adherence to vertical‑specific regulations.
• Diagnose and address gaps in revenue data integrity, supporting accurate, actionable reporting and analytics.
• Deliver detailed process walk‑throughs based on personal system configuration experience, highlighting decision points and lessons learned.
• Contribute written and verbal insights for scenario‑based operational training tasks in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Recommend system improvements with a focus on scalability, compliance, and cross‑functional alignment.
