Job summary

eVisit is seeking a Release Manager to own the end-to-end release process for multiple teams. You will coordinate release execution, readiness reviews, and change control while ensuring auditable deployment pipelines. Strong Git expertise and SaaS release experience are required.

You will manage environments from Devtest to Production, optimize the deployment pipeline, and communicate timelines to Sales, CS, and leadership. A background in CI/CD, migrations, and data integrity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven release management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong Git skills: branching, merges, tagging, cherry-picks.
• Excellent project and process management to track scope and dependencies.
• Strong communication and documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Release Execution: run Standard and Limited releases, including hotfixes and rollback paths.
• Release Readiness: own go/no-go, assess shippability and migrations, surface constraints.
• Branch and Repository Hygiene: enforce branching model, gate entries, keep branches clean.
• Environment Ownership: manage Devtest, Acceptance, Beta, Production states and data refresh.
• Deployment Pipeline: manage build-promotion and end-to-end deployment, remove manual steps.
• Process and Reporting: keep statuses updated, report metrics like cycle time and deployment failures.
• Change Control and Audit Evidence: maintain change-control records for audits.
• Release Communication: derive cut dates, communicate to teams and leadership.
