Itransition is seeking an experienced Release Manager to own end-to-end release processes and stay hands-on with Salesforce development. You will orchestrate deployments across teams, safeguard production stability, and drive CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, and related tools.

The role requires 5+ years in IT with hands-on Salesforce, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning, plus strong governance of sandbox strategies, environment management, and change control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with hands-on Salesforce development.
• Own and improve release and deployment processes including sandbox strategy and rollback procedures.
• Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce with deployment tooling.
• Proficient in Git and branching strategies; fluent English for leading technical discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release process and orchestrate deployments across teams.
• Maintain production stability and safeguard release gates through testing and approvals.
• Set up and drive CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
• Establish and enforce development and release best practices.
