Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years' experience managing software releases or delivery operations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the enterprise release management operating model with cross-functional governance.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and communication of software releases and feature launches.
• Facilitate release planning meetings and post-release retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Monitor release progress and mitigate risks impacting timelines or client experience.
• Lead Go/No-Go reviews and ensure deployment readiness across teams.
