Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Manager, SaaS Platform Services to lead a portfolio of 40+ SaaS applications, including Qualtrics and Cority. You will supervise a team of eight developers and testers supporting SharePoint and Documentum, and drive ROI through strategic buy-vs-build decisions.

This role partners with SaaS product and delivery leads to optimize licensing, vendor relationships, and roadmap delivery, while ensuring security and DevSecOps alignment across SSO, FedRamp, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software engineering or operations teams.
• 3+ years managing enterprise SaaS applications or vendor relationships.
• 2+ years leading testers or quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop engineering and quality teams for SaaS portfolio management.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and cost monitoring.
• Oversee SaaS license management, procurement optimization, and compliance.
• Lead vendor selection and buy-vs-build decisions with ROI focus.
• Collaborate on roadmap planning, releases, and cross-platform integration.
• Lead on-call support coordination and incident response during rotations.
• Develop annual budget and maintain vendor compliance and costs.
• Build partnerships with SaaS owners, IT stakeholders, and vendors.
• Understand DevSecOps aspects of security architecture, SSO, FedRamp, etc.
• Prioritize workload, escalations, and risks; travel when required.
