Qualifications
- 10+ years leading enterprise technology or platform programs.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, containers, and shared services.
- Proven ability to partner with architecture and engineering leaders.
- Strong influencing and communication across security, risk, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional planning, prioritization, sequencing, and delivery for high-impact PaaS platform programs.
- Define and manage platform roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, and adoption plans.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Risk, Operations, and Finance to ensure scalable platform investments.
- Establish and track platform KPIs including adoption, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive delivery excellence with Agile, iterative practices and clear documentation.
