Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS application administration or IT Asset Management with hands-on depth.
• 3+ years configuring, securing, and integrating SaaS apps in an enterprise environment (SSO, API connections, admin consoles).
• Strong understanding of software licensing models (named, concurrent, consumption, enterprise agreements).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills connecting usage, entitlement, and spend data into insights.
• Ability to maintain accurate configuration and inventory data across platforms and identify discrepancies via data analysis.
• Initiative in adopting AI and automation tooling to streamline operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and backlog for assigned SaaS applications or ITAM tooling.
• Drive automation and governance to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Balance compliance with business productivity.
• Serve as primary interface between business stakeholders and engineering/support teams.
