Manager, SaaS Platform Services leads strategic management of a portfolio of 40+ small-to-mid-tier SaaS applications (including Qualtrics, Cority, and similar enterprise solutions). People leader of approximately eight developers and testers supporting SharePoint and Documentum platforms. Responsible for vendor relationships, license management optimization, and strategic buy-vs-build decision-making. Collaborates closely with SaaS product leads and delivery leads to maximize ROI across the application portfolio and drive operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience
