Job summary

CapTech is seeking a SaaS platform engineer to own the engineering, administration, and evolution of our enterprise application ecosystem. You will drive automation, security, scalability, and user experience improvements across the organization, partnering with ITOperations, InfoSec, and business teams.

You’ll influence tooling, architecture, and operational standards while acting as a technical owner for critical SaaS and cloud platforms, with autonomy and visibility to shape CapTech's tech

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex cloud SaaS environments in enterprise settings.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID, Power Platform, Copilot.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and CLI across macOS/Windows.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of identity, authentication, and authorization models.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of SaaS and on‑prem platforms supporting CapTech employees.
• Pilot AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and insights.
• Design and improve app configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows).
• Serve as SME for Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Copilot).
• Design and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC.
• Partner with Security and IT to enforce least-privilege and audit readiness.
• Influence ITIL-aligned change management with balance of agility.
• Analyze usage patterns to inform roadmaps.
