Job summary

CapTech is seeking a hands-on SaaS platform engineer to own and evolve our enterprise SaaS ecosystem. You will drive automation, security, and scalability while partnering with ITOperations, InfoSec, and Business teams to design scalable solutions.

You will lead automation projects, manage SSO and access models, and act as SME for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, and Copilot. This role offers visibility and meaningful contribution in a dynamic enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in professional or enterprise settings.
• Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot), Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
• Comfort with macOS and Windows CLI environments.
• Understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization models.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and on-premises platforms.
• Pilot and implement AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and operations.
• Design and continuously improve application configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows).
• Serve as SME for the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot).
• Design and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC.
• Enforce least-privilege access, governance, and audit readiness with Security/IT Leadership.
• Influence ITIL-aligned change management balancing agility and stability.
• Analyze trends and usage to inform roadmaps.
