Job summary
CapTech is seeking a SaaS platform engineer to own and evolve our enterprise software ecosystem, driving automation, security, scalability, and user experience improvements across the organization. You’ll partner with ITOps, InfoSec, and Business teams to design scalable solutions and establish operational standards.
This hands-on role offers autonomy to influence tooling, architecture, and governance, with emphasis on AI-enabled tooling, SSO, and cloud platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting and administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments for enterprises.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 suite (Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot).
- Understanding of identity, authentication, and authorization models.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and on-premises platforms.
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools to boost productivity and insights.
- Design, implement, and optimize configurations, integrations, and access models.
- Lead automation initiatives (AI agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows).
- Design and manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC.
