Job summary

CapTech is seeking a SaaS platform engineer to own and evolve our enterprise application ecosystem. You will drive automation, security, scalability, and user experience improvements across the organization, partnering with IT Operations, InfoSec, and Business teams to design scalable solutions.

You will influence tooling, architecture, and operational standards while acting as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and select on‑prem platforms used by CapTech employees.

Qualifications

• Experience administering complex cloud-based SaaS environments in professional or enterprise settings.
• Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Power Platform, Intune, Copilot) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of identity, authentication, and authorization models.
• Ability to translate business needs into workable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical owner for a portfolio of SaaS and on‑premises platforms.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and insights.
• Design, implement, and improve configurations, integrations, and access models.
• Lead automation initiatives (AI Agents, PowerShell, APIs, workflows).
• Manage SSO integrations using SAML and OIDC with secure access patterns.
• Partner with Security and IT Leadership to enforce least-privilege and governance.
