Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; business fluency in English.
• Understanding of webhooks and API.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery and ensure accelerated time-to-value.
• Provide technical guidance during setup.
• Design and improve onboarding processes to enhance customer experience.

Skills

Experience in SaaS project management

Agile, PMP, Prince2 qualifications

Strong communication skills
