Brex's Implementation Consultant role on the Commercial team guides small to mid-sized customers through onboarding to Brex Empower, turning their needs into practical configurations and a smooth go-live.

Based in Seattle in a hybrid setup, you’ll organize meetings, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and help customers adopt spend management and integrations while delivering measurable value and progress.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role.
• Experience with project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, capturing notes, tracking action items, and setting clear expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Help customers understand their business needs and configure Brex to address them, translating requirements into product configurations.
• Manage stakeholder communication and assist with timelines to keep implementations on track.
• Assist with spend migrations and support end user adoption during deployment.
• Introduce integration concepts and provide guides for connecting Brex with external systems, engaging Technical Consultants as needed.
• Coordinate handoffs between AE/CSE and CSM, providing basic documentation for continuity of the client relationship.
• Deliver change management templates and lead training sessions with supervision as needed.
• Collaborate within the Implementation team and provide feedback on the client experience.
