Job summary

Speedpoint is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Charlotte, NC to own the customer relationship from signed deal to a healthy Day 30 handoff. You will manage onboarding, tenant setup, integrations (Finix, Telnyx, and others), and lead training sessions for admins and users.

You’ll ensure a smooth go-live and accurate handoffs to CS management. You will monitor health scores, drive adoption, and maintain clean CRM data while coordinating with Sales and Customer Success teams to maximize customer

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in SaaS onboarding, customer success, or related.
• Able to switch between business talks and admin/integration work.
• Strong, concise communicator who explains technical steps clearly.
• Efficiency-driven mindset; able to work fast yet accurate.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding journey from Sales hand-off to Day 30 handoff.
• Lead admin setup, tenant creation, third-party integrations, and data capture.
• Conduct admin training sessions for admins and users; balance time with go-live needs.
• Maintain source-of-truth in CRM; document handoff notes and risks.
