Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc is seeking an Instructional Designer to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders on designing and developing training across instructor‑led, eLearning, blended learning, and performance support. The role emphasizes agile design, diverse learning strategies, and modern training technologies to meet organizational needs.

You will develop graphics and job aids, work with SMEs to finalize content, and manage multiple projects and timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, HRD or related field.
3+ years instructional design experience required.
3–5 years project management experience preferred.
Experience with eLearning development and emerging training tech.
Experience with an LMS, Cornerstone preferred.

Responsibilities

Apply agile instructional design model and adult learning theory to design learning solutions for a dispersed workforce.
Select training mediums to improve skill development and accommodate distance learning and diverse styles.
Develop and implement strategic, business segment‑specific training roadmaps with leaders and SMEs.
Design graphics, illustrations, and visuals to represent complex content.
