Job summary

Matterport is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to join a fast-growing team in Arlington, VA. You will own a full-cycle sales process—from prospecting to closing—targeting customers across industries and driving measurable business value with Matterport’s 3D digital twin platform.

You will engage daily with prospects, run effective discovery calls, deliver compelling product demos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals. This role is on-site in Arlington, VA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales experience in inside sales or SaaS.
• 12+ months of Matterport pipeline generation or sales experience for internal applicants.
• High outbound activity with consistent quota attainment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for demos and calls.
• Experience with short sales cycles and CRM forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle inside sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, pricing, negotiation and closing.
• Generate pipeline via outbound calls, emails, sequences and follow-ups.
• Drive new customer acquisition through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts.
• Manage a fast-paced pipeline and move opportunities to close efficiently.
• Perform high-quality discovery to map pain points to Matterport value.
• Deliver product demonstrations aligning needs to ROI drivers.
• Maintain CRM with accurate activities, opportunities, and next steps.
