Senior Inside Sales Associate at Matterport will be part of a fast‑growing, high‑velocity sales organization responsible for helping customers across industries digitize their buildings, streamline operations, and unlock measurable business value through Matterport’s leading 3D digital twin platform. The role is on‑site five days a week in Arlington, VA.

Millions of buildings in more than 170 countries have been transformed into immersive Matterport digital twins to improve every part of the building lifecycle from planning, construction, and operations to documentation, appraisal, and marketing.
As a Senior Inside Sales Account Executive, you will run a full‑cycle sales motion—prospecting, discovery, demos, pricing, negotiation, and closing—in a high‑activity environment where speed, precision, and strong communication are critical. You will speak daily with customers in industries such as Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Industrial/Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality, and Insurance/Restoration. This role requires a competitive, coachable, energetic individual who can turn conversations into revenue, master Matterport’s sales frameworks, and help shape the culture and execution rhythm of the expanding Inside Sales organization.
