CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Account Executive for Matterport to drive a fast-paced, full-cycle sales process across industries, including Architecture, CRE, Retail, and more. This on-site role requires a competitive, coachable, high-energy attitude and exceptional discovery and demo skills.

You will build pipeline, conduct discovery calls, demonstrate ROI, and close business while collaborating with Sales Enablement and Regional Director.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales, ideally in inside sales, SaaS, or high-velocity environments.
• 18+ months of Matterport pipeline experience for internal applicants.
• Proven outbound activity, pipeline generation, and quota attainment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for demos and calls.
• Experience running short sales cycles and balancing multiple deals.
• Bachelor’s degree and a history of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle inside sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Generate pipeline via outbound calls, emails, sequences, and follow-up.
• Drive new customer acquisition through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Maintain a fast-paced pipeline and move deals efficiently.
• Conduct discovery to uncover customer pain points and use cases.
• Deliver product demonstrations mapping needs to Matterport’s capabilities and ROI.
• Keep CRM data accurate and forecast updates up-to-date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
