Job summary

Clearwater Analytics seeks an Implementation Associate to guide new clients through onboarding on our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to tailor solutions that meet accounting, compliance, reporting, and risk requirements.

You will lead training sessions, manage project communications, and escalate risks when needed. Strong SQL, Excel, and professional communication are essential to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with relational database principles and SQL querying.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for clients onto Clearwater's platform.
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on the Clearwater platform.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks clearly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues during implementation.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout the project.
• Provide consultancy to align client goals with project plans.
