Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an Implementation Analyst to aid client onboarding onto our SaaS platform. You will work with clients and Clearwater teams to tailor solutions addressing accounting, compliance, performance, risk, and reporting needs.

The role requires onboarding clients, conducting training, and communicating project status while proactively resolving issues. Strong analytical, communicative, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Onboarding clients onto a SaaS platform experience preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel basics.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and seek guidance as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships throughout the implementation.
• Facilitate onboarding of clients onto Clearwater’s platform.
• Conduct training sessions to educate clients on use of the Clearwater platform.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues during implementation.
• Provide consultancy to ensure objectives align with project plans.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager.
• Demonstrate self-learning and reach out to resources when needed.
