Job summary

Saleo is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide customer onboarding of the Saleo Platform from kickoff to go-live. You will lead a pod of developers, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into actionable configurations that accelerate time to value.

This role requires 4+ years in SaaS implementations, strong communication, and the ability to work onsite in Alpharetta or remotely with clients. You’ll foster best practices and ensure consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing SaaS software implementation projects

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple customer implementations as implementation lead
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand requirements and provide best practices
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product and Sales to deliver configurations
• Lead a pod of Developers and coordinate with Engineering Managers
• Ensure timely delivery of services per project plan and methodology
• Champion project management excellence and client satisfaction
• Create ERDs to assist in SaaS implementation
• Address and escalate issues during implementation
• Work with Customer Success for go-live and adoption
