Job summary

Lawmatics, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager in San Diego to own the onboarding journey for new customers. You will lead structured onboarding, configure accounts with our build team, and set customers up for success before transitioning to Customer Success.

This role is hybrid with in-office Mon-Wed in San Diego and remote Thu-Fri. You will manage 20–30 concurrent onboarding relationships, deliver training, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support in SaaS
• Experience managing 20–30 onboarding relationships concurrently
• Strong communication skills; explain technical concepts to non-tech users

Responsibilities

• Own a caseload of new accounts in onboarding
• Lead kickoff calls and schedule first call promptly
• Educate customers on the platform with training sessions and resources
• Coordinate with build team on account configuration and data migration
• Monitor early engagement and re-engage stalled accounts
• Hand off onboarded accounts to Customer Success with proper documentation
• Escalate unresponsive accounts using a clear process
