Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SaaS products, data import/export, and configuration processes.
• Experience with customer onboarding, implementation, or support for SaaS products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation: planning, configuration, testing, training, go-live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and related documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Document customer's processes and industry requirements.
• Configure EMR per requirements, customize setup.
• Coordinate and deliver user training sessions.
• Create training materials: guides, videos, FAQs.
• Serve as SME on EMR; stay updated on product.
• Oversee data management, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Participate in QA to meet standards.
• Be curious about customer use cases; create efficient solutions.
• Collect feedback for improvements; identify upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve tech/ops challenges.
• Create and maintain project docs in system of record.
