Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a highly skilled SaaS EMR Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end implementations and ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment.

This hybrid role is based in Holmdel, NJ, with additional offices in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Verona, Italy. You will manage project planning, configuration, training, and post-implementation support, driving success for ABA and related therapies.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge of SaaS products and industry-specific applications.
• Customer onboarding, implementation, or support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers, from planning to go-live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Document customer business processes and requirements.
• Configure EMR software to meet customer needs and customize setup.
• Coordinate training sessions and develop training materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and QA activities.
