Job summary

CentralReach, LLC seeks a skilled SaaS EMR Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end implementation projects, from planning and configuration to training and go-live. The role requires strong PM skills, SaaS product knowledge, and excellent client communication.

You will drive project plans, coordinate meetings, document processes, and stay current with EMR updates. Hybrid work with multiple client sites and ongoing post-implementation support are involved.

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SaaS products and industry-specific applications, including data import/export and product configuration processes.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Education or experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or support for SaaS products.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS EMR implementation projects from planning to go-live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and documentation.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Document customer business processes and requirements.
• Configure the EMR system based on client needs and optimize setup.
• Coordinate and deliver training for users on the EMR platform.
• Create training materials, user guides, videos, and FAQs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the EMR software and stay updated on product changes.
• Oversee data management, workflow testing, and post‑implementation support.
• Participate in QA activities to ensure standards are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and upsell services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve challenges.
