Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Manager in the United States to lead a delivery team responsible for software implementations and exceptional client experiences.

You will drive project health, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing support. This role emphasizes leadership, process improvements, and talent development across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software implementation, professional services, or related client-facing function.
• 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects.

Mansioni

• Oversee software implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned with client expectations.
• Monitor project health, milestones, dependencies, risks and escalations.
• Identify barriers and drive timely resolutions across teams.
• Establish standard implementation processes, standards, and best practices.
• Lead, coach, and develop implementation consultants and trainers.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Assess team capabilities and identify training needs and development opportunities.
• Support succession planning, talent development, and retention.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
