Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager for North America to partner with the CRO and senior sales leaders. The role blends strategy, operations, and commercial execution to drive forecasting, GTM planning, QBRs, and sales policy in a high-growth SaaS environment.

You will translate data into insights, develop scalable processes, and align across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure revenue growth and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, RevOps, Consulting, or similar in SaaS.
• Proven experience supporting executive leadership and driving data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with HubSpot CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the business operating rhythm including pipeline councils, performance reviews, and QBRs.
• Own and support forecasting, including pipeline assessment and scenario planning.
• Support the GTM planning process including segmentation, resource allocation, territory design, coverage models, and quota setting.
• Derive actionable insights into business health and act as a trusted partner to sales leaders.
• Partner across Finance, Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align on revenue priorities.
• Lead the design and execution of key strategic initiatives in North America.
