Liveswitch, Inc. in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking an SsaS Full Sales Cycle Account Executive (SMB) to drive new business for LiveSwitch Contact. You will focus on outbound prospecting, deliver product demonstrations, and manage contracts end-to-end from initial contact to close.

The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, strong communication, and a disciplined sales process in a fast-paced startup environment with leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; the ability to cold call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in high-volume, transactional sales environments, preferably door-to-door.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to adapt and learn new technologies/concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Activity: spend the majority of the day on the phone with high-volume outreach.
• Demonstrations: lead product demos to show how LiveSwitch solves specific problems for a business owner.
• Closing: manage the sales process from the initial call to the signed contract.
• Accuracy: maintain honest and accurate records of activities in our CRM.
