Job summary

Candescence is seeking an Integration Project Manager in the United States to lead medium-large-scale client transformation programs on our modern SaaS platform. You will drive delivery with autonomy, coordinating across partner and Candescence teams, leveraging automation and AI-enabled processes to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of templates and workflows to ensure successful digital banking

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relative work experience.
• 4+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated skills, competencies, and required experiences.
• Proven cross-functional, end-to-end coordination skills for customer-facing project work where scope, status and blockers are documented.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution, managing timelines, risk, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish and update integrations including SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, Aspects, Image Services, and others.
• Engage with Marketplace onboarding lifecycle and understand phase impacts on timelines.
• Collaborate with integration QA resources on integration and extensibility technologies.
• Continuous process improvement: refine templates, docs, and workflows for efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track dependencies and manage risks.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, predictive accuracy, and quality.
